Dawson Druesedow, President:

Dawson Druesedow is a native and high school graduate of Haskell Texas. Seeking a higher education, Dawson chose to attend Midwestern State University conveniently located in Wichita Falls Texas. While attending MSU, Dawson chose to follow his passion for retail and began a career in the retail truck accessory industry. By 2006 Dawson had earned his Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. With an excellent work ethic and a college degree in hand, Dawson launched his professional career with the opening of his very own retail truck accessory store. Using his passion for the industry, Dawson grew his company to become the largest and number 1 retail truck accessory store in the region. Even through tough economic times Dawson has managed to increase sales and hire new employees to manage their growth. To compliment his hard work and dedication to his career, Dawson has taken time out to give back to his community. Dawson is involved in and supports organizations like The Boys and Girls Club, Children's Miracle Network, Hands to Hands, The YMCA and several local Law Enforcement and Fire Fighters organizations. Dawson is also a graduate of Leadership of Wichita Falls. Dawson is a co-founder of SterileTec, a division of Microbial Solutions.

Chad Skogsberg, Chairman/CEO:

Chad Skogsberg is a native and high school graduate of Elk Point South Dakota. Choosing an education through labor, Chad moved from South Dakota to Texas just 29 days after he graduated high school. Within 4 years after graduating high school, Chad launched quest as an entrepreneur in 1998 by opening his very own retail electronics store. With massive growth through the late 90's and into the early 2000's, Chad spent his time researching Micro and Macro Economics to better understand a business world that was ever changing with technology. By 2005, Chad entered the franchise industry by opening men's hair salons. In 2008, Chad co-founded the largest and fastest growing insulation company in the region known as Absolute Insulation Products. Since 2008, Chad has increased his entrepreneurial portfolio to include companies like AutoSource, SkogsbergJones Investments, Rover Recovery and Juan Valdez Properties. Chad is also a co-founder of SterileTec. Chad is committed to serving his community. Chad is involved in and supports organizations like Children's Miracle Network, The YMCA, The Boys and Girls Club, North Texas Rehab and several others. Chad also donates his time as a member of The Board of Directors for the Housing Authority and the Young Professionals of Wichita Falls.
